These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 35bmw platform and all services offered under the 35bmw brand. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

To register an account with 35bmw, you must:
35bmw is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to cooperate fully with all verification procedures, including providing supporting documentation such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, SSS, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35bmw account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 35bmw will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must ensure that all information associated with your 35bmw account remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. Changes to your personal information must be communicated to 35bmw support promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual player may hold only one (1) active account on the 35bmw platform. If 35bmw determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be immediately suspended, bonus balances will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.
All 35bmw accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All transactions, including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals, will be processed in PHP. No multi-currency support is provided. Depositing funds in a foreign currency may result in conversion at rates set by your payment provider, for which 35bmw accepts no responsibility.
35bmw accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum first deposit is ₱100. Subsequent deposit minimums may vary by payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable anti-money laundering thresholds and your account verification status.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 35bmw as promptly as operationally possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. 35bmw reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays.
The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:
35bmw complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to suspend or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Funds deposited on the 35bmw platform must originate from legitimate, lawful sources.
Note: 35bmw will never request withdrawal to a payment method or account that differs from the one used for the most recent deposit, except in limited circumstances subject to identity verification and management approval.
35bmw offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be fulfilled before any bonus-related funds may be withdrawn. Each promotion will specify its applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period.
Wagering requirements represent the total amount a player must wager on eligible games before bonus funds (or bonus-derived winnings) are converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must wager ₱20,000 in qualifying games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
35bmw reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotions, or any other activity 35bmw deems to constitute abuse of its promotional offers.
The 35bmw VIP program comprises six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. VIP points are earned on real-money wagers and accumulate toward tier progression. VIP benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and dedicated account management, vary by tier and are subject to the VIP program terms as communicated to enrolled players. 35bmw reserves the right to modify VIP program terms, tier benefits, and point accumulation rates at any time.
All games available on the 35bmw platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and verified for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are published and available to players on request. 35bmw does not alter game outcomes based on player account status, deposit size, bet amount, or any other external factor.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 35bmw reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund the wager amount to the player's account balance. No winnings resulting from a provably erroneous game outcome will be paid. 35bmw shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from system malfunctions.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 35bmw platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface or in the applicable game help section. Limits may vary by game, game variant, and player VIP tier. 35bmw reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
Live casino games are subject to additional rules as communicated by the live dealer or displayed at the table interface. Players must place bets within the betting window for each round. Late bets placed after the close of the betting window will not be accepted. By participating in live casino games, you agree to comply with all table-specific rules in effect during your session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 35bmw platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the 35bmw platform without prior written consent.
35bmw collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 35bmw implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
35bmw may share personal data with third parties in limited circumstances, including with payment processors for transaction purposes, with regulatory authorities as required by law, and with identity verification service providers for KYC compliance. 35bmw will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Players who self-exclude from 35bmw will be removed from all marketing communications and promotional materials. Self-exclusion requests are processed as promptly as technically feasible. You may close your 35bmw account at any time by contacting the player support team. 35bmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In cases of termination for cause, 35bmw reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold winnings pending investigation. Real-money deposits minus any applicable fees may be returned following the conclusion of any investigation, at 35bmw's sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 35bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
35bmw's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 35bmw account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
35bmw provides its gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 35bmw does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
35bmw reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 35bmw will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the 35bmw platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 35bmw platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
